Dalina Ioana Terzi

Dalina Ioana Terzi – Law firm was first established in 2006, when the head lawyer – Dalina Terzi – left, after almost a decade of activity, one of the most prestigious law firms in Bucharest and in the country (Musat & Associates) to build an individual career better encumbered by those particularities of her personality that highlight her.

In 2011, Dalina became a founding partner of SCA Mareș & Asociații, alongside renowned lawyers from Bucharest and the country.

Later, Dalina resumed her professional activity within Dalina Ioana Terzi – Law Firm, developing agreements with several law firms in Bucharest.

During over 24 years of activity (first as a trainee lawyer and then as a plain lawyer), Dalina has successfully managed extremely diverse projects – from family law, administrative litigation, civil insurance, real estate, law corporate, insolvency and reorganization, forced executions, civil and/or contractual liability, up to those in the field of labor law and social insurance.

Currently, Dalina continues to carry out the vast majority of her legal work within her own office, but runs a series of professional collaborations with other law practices owned by colleagues whom she has known since the beginning of her career and whose professional values completely coincide with hers: SCA Drăghiceanu, Bolca & Asociații, Sora & Asociații SCA and Plăcintescu, Riti & Asociații SPARL. Dalina also invested time and effort in creating a professional network – LEGAL DISTRICT – which brings together „a handful of friends passionate about law” and joined her brother Radu Valentin Sora in managing and moderating the BB Lawyers page on a large-scale social network.

Recently, Dalina chose to step out of her comfort zone represented by civil law and – after attending a Master’s degree in the relevant field in 2019 – she expanded her practice area to the realm of criminal law.
